I muffins sono uno dei dolci più richiesti ed amati specialmente per la colazione e gli spuntini…
Troppo spesso purtroppo quelli disponibili in commercio o quelli proposti dalle ricette tradizionali sono ipercalorici ( in media 370 kcal l’uno) , ricchi di zuccheri raffinati e grassi saturi e quindi banditi da qualsiasi programma di alimentazione sana!
Con questa golosa versione di muffin sono pronta a dimostrarvi che non dovete più rinunciare e potete godere di tutto il gusto di questo delizioso alimento con meno della metà delle calorie rispetto alla sua versione originale e tutte le migliori proprietà di ingredienti sani, genuini e ben bilanciati.
Ogni sfizioso muffin Bright & Fit ha solo 120 Kcal!
Ingredienti per 4 porzioni
- 70 gr di farina integrale
- 3 g di zenzero macinato
- Cannella q.b
- 1 cucchiaino di lievito in polvere (circa 4 gr)
- Mezzo cucchiaio di olio di cocco (6 ml)
- 1 bianco d’uovo
- 1 banana
- 30 gr di miele (1 cucchiaio e mezzo)
- 30 gr di yogurt greco 0% grassi
Procedimento:
- Preriscaldare il forno a 160 gradi
- Unire in una ciotola la farina, la cannella, lo zenzero ed il lievito
- In una seconda ciotola unire l’olio di cocco, il bianco d’uovo, la banana schiacciata, lo yogurt greco ed il miele.
- Aggiungere gradualmente gli ingredienti secchi nella seconda ciotola e mescolare
- Versare il composto negli stampi di una teglia per muffins
- Infornare per 25 minuti
- Decorare a piacere
