PIADINA INTEGRALE BRIGHT & FIT

Condivido a gran richiesta una ricetta saziante e gustosa per realizzare in sole 150 kcal la base per una deliziosa PIADINA FIT!!
E’ una ricettina ottima sia come spuntino sia come pasto principale da gustare con un contorno a scelta =)
Ingredienti
250 g di farina integrale
150 ml di acqua fredda (dosate voi l’acqua)
2 cucchiai di olio
Sale rosa
Preparazione
1- Mescolate tutti gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio ed omogeneo non troppo liquido (dosate quindi farina e acqua per regolare l’impasto)
2- Stendete l’impasto come se fosse una pizza e ritagliate le vostre piadine (adoro ritagliarle a forma di cuore <3 )
3- Prendete una padella antiaderente e fate cucinare la piadina a fuoco lento girandola ogni volta in cui la piadina inizia a gonfiarsi
4- Scegliete il vostro condimento fit preferito (calorie extra rispetto a quelle della piadina). Sono ottimi i fiocchi di latte light, pomodorini freschi, avocado o un’insalata fresca. Se preferite una golosa versione dolce potete aggiungere la nutella Bright & Fit (trovate la ricetta sempre sul blog) =)
