PANINI PROTEICI BRIGHT & FIT
Ciao Super girls!
Viste le numerose richieste, ho deciso di condividere con voi la mia ricetta dei panini proteici. Ogni panino ha solo 72 kcal ed è ottimo come base per la marmellata, per i vostri avocado toast o come contorno ad una sfiziosa insalata!
Amo sbizzarrirmi nell’utilizzo di più farine =) Vi consiglio oltre a quelle indicate quella di soia, kamut, orzo e farro, lenticchie e mandorle!

Ingredienti per 6 panini:
20 gr di farina di cocco
30 gr di farina di quinoa
20 gr di farina di canapa
30 gr di farina integrale di grano tenero
125 gr di yogurt bianco naturale o vegetale
4 gr di lievito in polvere
Sale e pepe q.b
Procedimento:
- Setacciate e mescolate le 4 farine ed il lievito
- Amalgamate con lo yogurt, il sale e se volete delle spezie
- Formate con l’impasto 6 palline, adagiatele su un tagliere e copritele con un canovaccio. Dopo 5/10 minuti disponete le palline su una pentola calda.
- Coprite con un coperchio e una volta dorati da un lato, girateli e finite di cuocerli
